2008 Super Summer Sweepstakes Rules
1. No Purchase Is Necessary To Enter. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. There are 3 ways to enter: (1) send a postcard no larger than 41/2" x 61/2" with your name and address to Overton's "Super Summer" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 8228, Greenville, NC 27835; (2) order from Overton's catalog by phone, mail, or internet; (3) visit www.overtons.com and complete the online Sweepstakes entry form. Limit one online entry per individual per day. Entries received from software that automatically generates multiple registrations will be disqualified. You may enter as often as you wish via mail, but each entry form, postcard, or order must be postmarked separately. Sweepstakes begins January 5, 2008. Mailed entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2008, and received by September 10, 2008. Phone and internet deadline: August 31, 2008. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

2. Drawing. A random selection will be held on or about September 18, 2008 to select winners. The firm of Collins, Asbell, Ward and Greene, LLP, of Greenville, NC will conduct the selection of winners. Their selections will be final in all sweepstakes matters. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release.

Alternate winner may be selected if initial winner fails to sign and return affidavit within 21 days of its attempted delivery. Where permitted, winners agree to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become the property of Overton's, Inc.

3. Eligibility. Winners must be at least 18 years of age and U.S. residents. Employees of and suppliers (including sweepstakes prize suppliers) to Overton's, Inc. and its subsidiaries and their immediate families are ineligible. Taxes are the prize winners' responsibilities. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

4. No Cash Substitutions Permitted. No prize substitutions permitted except by Overton's; if prize becomes unavailable, a similar prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

5. A List of Winners. List will be available after October 30, 2008 and before October 30, 2008. Write Overton's 2009 Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 8228, Greenville, NC 27835 and include a legal size self-addressed stamped envelope.

6. Errors. Entries which are illegible, mechanically reproduced, illegitimately obtained or tampered with, or have incomplete addresses are void. Overton's is not responsible for printing errors, postage due, or late or misdirected mail.
